The dance is created and facilitated by Emily Love.
Dance of the Heart helps you to:
- release tension previously held in your body
- feel really good in your own body
- connect to your heart so that you can follow its guidance more easily
- connect more deeply with our home – the earth and all the elements
- feel more inhabited in your body and with yourself as a natural part of the universe
- increase your sense of balance, joie-de-vivre and sense of well-being
- re-connect to your essence and embodied soul
Dancing from the Heart is a great way to warm up, get fit, get connected, feel good and come together in community with other women who also want to feel free and live life more centred in and connected with their hearts. It is ultimately an exploration into the soul of love. I don’t think we can do this without movement. Dancing from the Heart combines; inspired movement with elements of magical ritual, evocative music and dance – and brings together all of our hearts.
Each week we dance to a specific theme, such as letting go – flow – love – expressing yourself – forgiveness – breath – magic – joy – releasing fear. This dance helps you to feel again so that you can become re-acquainted with your senses and a more naturally empowered and in-tune way of being. So you get to move how you are inspired to in the moment. The sessions are gently guided throughout as we follow the beat of our glowing hearts.
Dancing from the Heart is a blend of guided meditation, my own dance practise, community dance, intuitive intention setting, gentle warm up stretching and breathing, free dance, earth connection, heart dancing, inspired movement and magical creations.
